According to article 27 of Law 3461/2006 and HCMC Resolution 1/644 / 22.04.2013 "Exercise of squeeze-out right after the submission of a takeover bid in accordance with Article 27 of Law 3461/2006", H.I.G. Luxembourg Holdings 46 S.a.r.l. (the "Offeror"), hereby submits the announcement, in respect of the approval, by HCMC, of the exercise of the Offeror's squeeze-out right, for the shares of M.J.Maillis S.A. and the fixing of November 18th 2014, as the day of cessation of trading of the shares, on the ATHEX.
