The company IASO S.A. announces, according to L.3556/2007 (art. 3 and art. 21) in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that the Managing Director of the Company, Mr. Foustanos Andreas, of Panagiotis, (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005) 

• on October 16th 2014, purchased 1.000 common shares, with a total net value of 800,00 euro
• on October 17th 2014, purchased 1.926 common shares, with a total net value of 1.625,54 euro
