According to article 24 of the Law 3461/2006, H.I.G. Luxembourg Holdings 46 S.a.r.l. hereby announces that, during the session of 07.10.2014, it acquired 765,490 shares issued by M.J. MAILLIS S.A. at a price of Euro 0.115 per share. As a result of this transaction, H.I.G. Luxembourg Holdings 46 S.a.r.l. owns 265,905,702 shares issued by M.J. MAILLIS S.A corresponding to 82.343% of the voting rights of the latter.
