SPRIDER STORES S.A. announces based on Law 3556/2007 (articles 3 and 21) in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that on June 27, 2011, Mr. Dorotheos Athanasios Hatzioannou, Executive Member of the Board of Directors (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), sold 29,271 common shares, with a total net value of € 16,004.05.
