GENIKI bank announces that its Board of Directors and the Board of Directors of its 100% subsidiary GENIKI LEASING S.A, during their meetings on Friday 17th of June 2011, approved the Draft of the Merger Agreement through absorption of GENIKI LEASING S.A by the Bank, in accordance with the provisions of the articles 69-77 & 78 of the Codified Law 2190/1920, 16 par. 18 of the Law 2515/1997 and L. Decree 1297/1972,as in force. GENIKI Bank has authorized the Managing Director, Mr. Francois TURCOT, to sign, with the legal representative of the absorbed company, the approved Draft of the Merger Agreement of the companies.
