Announcement of regulated information of Law 3556/2007
Forthnet S.A. (hereinafter the "Company") informs the investors that "Delta Lloyd N.V." notified on 18.05.2011 the Company that it became the corporate person subject to notification obligation of changes in voting rights according to Law 3556/2007, due to the fact that "AVIVA PLC" as from 6.5.2011 is not longer controlling "Delta Lloyd N.V.".
According to the same notification the indirect controlling percentage of "Delta Lloyd N.V." in the Company's voting rights reaches 24.73% corresponding to 39.996.889 voting rights and equal number of shares.
"Delta Lloyd N.V" also notified that it controls the said percentage through the controlled undertakings CYRTE INVESTEMENTS B.V. and the Company's shareholder "CYRTE INVESTMENTS GP I B.V.".
This announcement is made in accordance with the Law 3556/2007 and the resolution 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and the Athens Exchange Rulebook, par. 4.1.3.1 and 4.1.3.7.
