S&B Industrial Minerals S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that Mr. EFTHIMIOS VIDALIS purchased on 06/07/2011, 1.000 common shares of our company of a total value of Euro 4.550,00 and on 07/07/2011, 1.000 common shares of our company of a total value of Euro 4.560,60 .
These transactions have been duly acknowledged to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 by Mr. Efthimios Vidalis, under his capacity as Member of the Board of Directors.
