Further to the announcement of 23/05/2011, MARFIN POPULAR BANK PUBLIC CO LTD ("the Bank") announces that on Monday June 27, 2011 the trading of 140.826.625 new shares, which were finally issued from the distribution of dividend in the form of shares of the Bank, will commence on the Cyprus Stock Exchange and the Athens Exchange. On the same date, the shares will be credited to the investor accounts and securities accounts of the beneficiaries shareholders at the Dematerialised Securities Systems (D.S.S.) and the Central Depository / Registry of the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
Consequently, the issued share capital of the Bank amounts to €1.369.443.974,30 divided into 1.611.110.558 ordinary shares of nominal value €0,85 each.
