(the ''Bank''), pursuant to its announcement dated 14/06/2011, notifies the investment community, that the Bank's Board of Directors in its scheduled meeting did not discuss the proposed merger with TT Hellenic Post Bank S.A. (the ''TT''), since TT's Board of Directors has postponed their discussions of this matter for a future meeting.
