In accordance with Regulation of the Committee of European Community no 2273/2003, article 4, par.4, Grivalia Properties REIC (“the Company”) announces that following the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company dated July 30^th, 2015 purchased own shares through the Athens Exchange Member Eurobank Equities Securities Investment Firm S.A. as follows:

On August 28^th, 2015 the Company purchased 207 shares, with average price of €7.76 per share and of total purchase price €1,607.11.
