More specifically, Mr. Chaviaras bought, on the 1st of June 2011, 3.000 shares of total value 2.010 € and, on the 2nd of June 2011, 6.000 shares of total value 4.050 €. This announcement is made in compliance with article 13 of L 3340/2005, articles 3 and 21 of L. 3556/2007 and the decisions of the HCMC 3/347/2005 and 1/434/3.7.2007 and after a notification received on 03.06.2011.
