In continuation of the announcement of June 02, 2011 referring to the adoption of purchase from ELVAL SA, to the stake of 22% of ETEM SA in ELVAL COLOUR SA for €9,432,139.17 in cash, we inform the investors that the above action was completed.
ELVAL SA now holds direct the 97.29% of the share capital of ELVAL COLOUR SA.
