Issue of Tax Compliance Report for the year 2014

The Company «Minoan Lines Shipping S.A.» in accordance with the provisions of the Athens Exchange Regulation [ article 4.1.3.1 par. (ib) ], informs the investors that, the special tax audit under article 65^A of Law 4174 / 2013 was conducted by the statutory independent auditors for the year 1.1.2014 – 31.12.2014 and Tax Compliance Report issued with an unqualified opinion.
