According to the Terms of Issue of the Convertible Bonds 2013/2018 of Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd which are traded on the Cyprus Stock Exchange and the Athens Stock Exchange with codes BCCB/ΤΡΚΜΧ and BOCB1/ΚΥΠΡΟ1 respectively (the «Bonds?), the interest rate on the Bonds which will apply for the period from 01/07/2011 until 31/12/2011 was reviewed and set at 2,777% (6-month Euribor 1,777% plus 1,00%).
