NIREUS S.A. announces that, by virtue of the 04.07.2011 Decision of the Board of Directors, Mr. George Soulis was appointed as the new Internal Auditor of the Company, replacing Mr. Epaminondas Leontidis who will serve as the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis.
