HELLENIC FABRICS S.A. announces the issue of a common and secured syndicated bond loan, amounting to Euro 7.7 million, as well as the signature of a loan, amounting to Euro 15.44 million, both with Alpha Bank.
The syndicated loan will be used partly for the partial repayment of outstanding loans and partly for working capital, while the loan will be totally used for decrease of the existing bank loans.
