ELVAL S.A. announces that on 6 July 2011 the General Meeting of shareholders of SYMETAL S.A., a subsidiary by 99.99%, decided to increase its share capital by €7,400,016 through the issue of 1,897,440 new registered shares. ELVAL S.A. will participate in such increase, which takes place so that the own participation of the subsidiary in the approved subsidized investment under Law 3299/04 is covered, by paying €7,399,394.10 in cash and taking over 1,897,419 new shares. Once the above share capital increase is completed, the share capital of SYMETAL SA will amount to €42,554,658.90 divided into 10,911,451 registered shares with a nominal value of €3.90 each and ELVAL S.A. will hold 10,911,328 shares (99.99% stake).
