Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd (the 'Company') announces to the investing public that on 2 June 2011 the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission approved a Supplementary Prospectus that is related to the Prospectus of the Company dated 5 April 2011 for the issue and listing οf Convertible Enhanced Capital Securities. on the Cyprus Stock Exchange and Athens Exchange.
The Supplementary Prospectus, as approved by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, will be available without charge:
