More specifically, Mr. Chaviaras bought, on the 30th of May 2011, 16.000 shares of total value 10.472,32 € and, on the 31th of May 2011, 10.000 shares of total value 6.690,04 €. This announcement is made in compliance with article 13 of L 3340/2005, articles 3 and 21 of L. 3556/2007 and the decisions of the HCMC 3/347/2005 and 1/434/3.7.2007 and after a notification received on 01.06.2011.
