In accordance with par. 2 of article 19 of L. 3556/2007 and in view of the Annual Ordinary General Assembly of the shareholders of ELGEKA S.A. that will take place on Monday the 27th of June 2011, at 12:00 noon, ELGEKA S.A. notifies the investing public that the draft amendment of the Articles of Association of the Company has been posted at the Company's website (www.elgeka.gr) and at Athens Stock Exchange website (www.ase.gr). This draft will come into effect after its approval and modification by the above mentioned General Assembly (items 5 and 6 of the relevant invitation).
