EUROPEAN RELIANCE GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY S.A. (the Company) in accordance with the law no. 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434 / 03.07.2007 and the Circular 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, informs that according to the 30/09/2015 TR-1 notification received on that date, from the shareholder and the CEO of the Board of the company, Mr. Christos Georgakopoulos, the following changes in the rates of participation in the share capital and voting rights of the Company's shares took place on 28.09.2015:

The shareholder and CEO of the board of the company, Mr. Christos Georgakopoulos, bought 863.340 common registered shares with voting rights of the Company (direct ownership). Following the above transfer the direct and indirect participation of Mr. Christos Georgakopoulos to the total share capital and the Company's voting rights increased from 21.921% to 25.060%.
