The company IASO S.A. announces, according to L.3556/2007 (art. 3 and art. 21) in combination with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that the General Manager Company of the Board of Directors, Mr BOUCHORIS PASCHALIS of ANASTASIOS (bound person according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), on April 27th 2011, purchased 2.500 common shares, with a total net value of 3.200,00 euro.
