CORINTH PIPEWORKS S.A. announces that by virtue of resolution of the Board of Directors of the company, Mr. Ioannis Dimitrios Papadimitriou assumes the position of the Chief Financial Officer, as of May 2, 2011, in replacement of Mr. Mastorakis Michalis who has left the company.
Moreover, Mr. Papadimitriou will also be in charge of the company's Corporate Announcements Department.
