Forthnet S.A. announces that Mrs. Eirini Grammatopoulou, Group Legal Director, is leaving the Group and that Mrs. Vassiliki Christidi is appointed as the new Group Legal Director.
The announcement is pulished in accordance with paragraphs 4.1.3.1.e and 4.1.3.6. of the Athens Exchange Rule Book, as in force, in combination with art. 6 of Law 3340/2005 and arts. 2 and 3 of the Decision 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission.
