Marfin Popular Bank Public Co Ltd announces that its Board of Directors will meet on Tuesday, 29 March 2011 to examine, among other subjects, the Final Financial Statements and its proposal to the General Meeting regarding the dividend policy for the financial year 2010.
On the same date the Financial Statements will be announced to the Athens Stock Exchange and to the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
