Monday March 28, 2011 (after the end of trade session): Announcement and Press Release of the Fiscal Year 2010 Financial Results.
Tuesday March 29, 2011: Publication of Fiscal Year 2010 Financial Statements (parent and consolidated) and briefing of analysts (conference call) regarding the financial results of the company.
Wednesday May 4, 2011: Annual briefing of Analysts regarding the Annual 2010 Financial results of the company.
Tuesday June 14, 2011: Annual Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders.
No dividend will be distributed for the fiscal year 2010.
