ELVAL SA HELLENIC ALUMINIUM INDUSTRY in accordance with paragraphs 4.1.2 par.1b and 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, announces its Financial Calendar, according to which:
1. Annual Financial Statements for the Group and the Company for the fiscal year 2010 will be released on Tuesday, March 29, 2011 and published on Wednesday, March 30, 2011.
2. Briefing of analysts in Association of Greek Institutional Investors concerning the financial results of 2010 will take place on Wednesday, April 6, 2011.
3. The Annual General Shareholders Meeting will take place on Wednesday, June 15, 2011.
4. Company's Board of Directors will propose not to distribute dividend for fiscal year 2010.
