The company Minoan Lines S.A. announces that the legal entity (GRIMALDI COMPAGNIA DI NAVIGAZIONE Spa) associated with Mr Emanuele G. Grimaldi Chairman of the Board of Directors (Liable person according to the article 13 of L. 3340/2005) bought 10,000 ordinary shares of a total value of € 29,358.00 on March 21, 2011, 5,000 ordinary shares of a total value of € 14,749.50 on March 22, 2011 and, 2,000 ordinary shares of a total value of € 5,880.00 on March 23, 2011.
The aforementioned announcement is in accordance with L. 3556/2007 (art.3 and 21) and in combination with the resolution of the H.C.M.C. 1/434/3.7.2007 (Art. 11).
