The management of 'Babis Vovos - International Construction SA' announces the following:
Cushman & Wakefield conducted a thorough audit of the valuation report of BVIC's investment property portfolio, that was included in the Group's 2010 annual financial statements. In order to protect the shareholders, but also to better inform the investment community, the entire property portfolio of the Group will be revalued, and this will be included in the financial statements for the first quarter of 2011.
Moreover, the legislation for the Joint Regeneration of Votanikos - Alexandras Avenue has already been included as a provision in the first bill of the Ministry of Environment, Energy and Climate Change, which will be voted within May in the Parliament.
