Announcement regarding the correct repetition-post of Annual Financial Report of ELGEKA GROUP of the year 2010
ELGEKA Group discloses to investors that the posted on March 30th, 2011, on the Company's and A.S.E.'s website, Annual Financial Report for the year 2010 and especially in the Financial Statements, in Note 27 "Trade and other commercial receivables", p. 105, in the table showing the aging of receivables of the Group and Company presented an incorrect categorization of financial sizes, without also any change in total debts.
Accordingly, the Company proceeded both to release to S.E.C. of the correct file of the Annual Financial Report of year 2010, as well as to its re-post on the website of A.S.E. and on corporate website www.elgeka.gr.
It is noted that the correction does not affect any item in published Summary Financial Data and Information for the year 2010, as well as elsewhere in the Annual Financial Report of the Group, which is approved by the Company's Board of Directors on March 29th, 2011 and therefore is not required a re-approval.
