PROTON Bank S.A. announces a change in its Board of Directors. More specifically, upon the resignation of Mr. Panagiotis Damilakos, on the meeting of April 27th 2011 the Board elected Mrs. Grammatiki Arvaniti as a new member for the remaining time of its tenure.
