'Babis Vovos International Construction S.A.' announces in accordance to Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/3.7.2007, and the Circular 33 of the Capital Markets Commission, that on 13 April, 2011 'KAS BANK N.V.' gave it notice that on 6 April, 2011 the total percentage of shares held by 'KAS Depository Trust Company' was decreased from 5.16% to 4.42%.
