In compliance with the provisions of L.3556/2007 and Decision No. 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Capital Market Commission, and following notification received from its shareholder, Mr. Lavrentios Lavrentiadis, Proton Bank S.A. (hereinafter the "Bank") notifies the investing public that on March 24th, 2011 a change took place in its voting rights as follows:
According to its previous notification before the change, Mr. Lavrentios Lavrentiadis held 12,600,000 voting rights of the Bank, corresponding to 20.1008% of the voting rights of the Bank. On March 24th, 2011 upon disposal of 3,100,000 common registered shares of the Bank, its voting rights decreased below the limit of 20% and held 9,500,000 voting rights, corresponding to 15,5554% of the voting rights of the Bank.
The share capital of Proton Bank comprises of 62,683,822 common registered shares.
