The Board of Directors of Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd will convene on Monday 23 May 2011 to examine the Bank of Cyprus Group financial results for the quarter ended 31 March 2011 (1st Quarter 2011). On the same day, after market close, the financial results will be announced to the Stock Exchange and the Press.
