PROTON BANK S.A. (the "Bank") announces, in compliance with the provisions of article 19 par. 2 of L. 3556/2007, that, in the upcoming Annual General Meeting that will take place on April 28th 2011, or following its probable postponement or recess in any repeat General Meeting to be set, in order to be discussed and decided the Amendment of the articles 3, 6, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 24, 25, 27 and 28 of Articles of Association, for operational purposes and the adaptation of L. 3884/2010 and L.3873/2010 and codification of the Articles of Association as well as the amendment of Article 5 of the Bank?s Articles of Association due to the reduction of Proton Bank?s share capital by reduction of the nominal value of the common registered shares and subsequently the increase of the Share capital of the Bank.
