Pursuant to the Decision no. 3/347/12.07.2005, made by the BoD of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, "EMPORIKI BANK OF GREECE S.A." announces that the Board of Directors of the Bank, during its meeting of May 6th, 2011, elected as new Non-Executive Member of the BoD Mr. Guy-Marie-Michel PROFFIT son of Marcel, Farmer, for the remaining term of the Board of Directors, expiring on the day, that the initial or after postponement Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the year 2013 will be held.
Further to these, the new composition of the Bank s Board of Directors is the following:
