KARATZIS SA announces to the investors that due to the sudden death of the Chairman Miltiadis Karatzis on 1st of August 2015, the Board of Directors was reconstituted on 6th of August 2015 as follows:

3. Karatzi M Maria - CEO
4. Archontakis L Konstantinos - Executive Member
5. Kalathas A Elias - Executive Member
6. Antonakakis K Eleftherios – Non Executive Member
7. Perantonakis A Konstantinos - Independent Non Executive Member
8. Papastefanakis E Iason - Independent Non Executive Member
 
The term of the above Board of Directors remains those defined at its initial constitution and therefore expires on the 2nd of June 2017 and extended until the Ordinary General Assembly of the outlet year.
