Announcement of regulated information according to Law 3556/2007
NIREUS SA notifies, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and after a notification received on 11.05.2011, that:
Mr. Kakha Bendukidze and the company Linnaeus Capital Partners BV exceeded for the first time the reporting threshold of 20% and hold directly 20.001% of the total shares and voting rights (12.726.325shares) following a transaction that occurred on 06.05.2011. The company Linnaeus Capital Partners BV is wholly owned by I.I.H.C. Industrial Investments Ltd, which is controlled by Mr. Kakha Bendukidze (73.25%).
It should be noted that until 31.03.2011 NIREUS shares were held on behalf of Linnaeus in the name of the custodian bank HSBC Private Bank (Suisse) SA. As of 31.03.2011 NIREUS shares are held directly by Linnaeus, but the latter has not proceeded to the submission of an additional notification as there was no change in the percentage ownership for Linnaeus and subsequently IIHC Industrial Investments Ltd and Mr. Kakha Bendukidze.
