ANNUAL ANALYSTS BRIEFING

IASO Group's presentation took place today, 12.05.2011, at the premises of the Hellenic Fund and Asset Management Association, in the frame of the program of corporate presentations that organizes for the briefing of its members. The briefing was conducted by the Group?s General Manager Mr. Paschalis Bouchoris, the Group's Chief Financial Officer Mr. Stelios Tsiropoulos and the Group?s Financial Planning Manager Mr Ioannis Androutsos.
IASO's representatives presented in detail the financial figures of IASO and its subsidiaries for the FY 2010 pointing out the new conditions that prevail in the healthcare sector and the consequences of the financial crisis.
In 2010, a particular emphasis was given to the reduction of the group?s companies operational costs, whereas the significant reductions of service prices and the upgrade of the obstetrical beds infrastructure retained the group's services competitiveness.
IASO Group in 2010 was the only profitable group among the groups of the healthcare sector and at the same time presented the smaller banking liabilities.
Furthermore, they referred analytically to the prospects and the objectives of the Group, which are the reinforcement of liquidity, the attraction of new doctors, the improvement of profitability margins and the improvement of the new investments' results. A specific mention was made to the Board of Directors' proposal regarding the share capital increase by € 15 mil. which aims, mainly, to the reduction of bank lending.
In year 2011, 15 years from the beginning of IASO's operation are completed. During these years IASO demonstrated important business achievements; high returns to its shareholders as well as important social activity.
In the 15 years of its operation IASO was evolved from an obstetrical - gynaecological clinic to a group that covers all the spectrum of healthcare services.
It was also emphasized that IASO group has yielded to its shareholders more than € 198 mil. in dividends and return of capital. IASO group's hospitals recorded more than 480 thousands inpatients, over than 3.5 millions outpatients, above 200 thousands childbirths. In the Group's hospitals more than 213 thousands children have been born, above 14% of total births in Greece and approximately 40% of births in Attica in the last 15 years.
