HELLENIC FABRICS S.A. announces that according to Law 3556/2007, the Decision No 1/434/03.07.2007, the Circular nr 33 of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission and the Decision of the Board of Directors of the Athens Exchanges of 17.01.2008 regarding the initiation of market making on shares of HELLENIC FABRICS S.A., that on 15.07.2008, CEO Mr. John C. Accas, has purchased 3.000 shares of HELLENIC FABRICS S.A. The transaction mentioned above is part of the repurchase agreement between him and "BETA SECURITIES S.A.".
