We would like to inform the investment community that the new Board of Directors of the Company was formed into a body on Monday, June 9th 2008 and elected Mr Emanuele Grimaldi, as Chairman and Mr. Konstantinos Mamalakis, as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.
The composition of the new Board of Directors, after the resignation of Mr John Drylerakis and Mr George Drys whose positions have been filled by Messrs Michael Chatzakis and George Papageorgiou who were elected as substitute members in the ordinary General Assembly on June 8th 2008, is as follows:
