The company in accordance to legislation and with regard to the published financial statements in the press for the period 01/01/2008-31/03/2008 informs that
A)The total number of shares owned by the company itself amounts to 6.054 shares with an acquisition price of euro 108.259,13.
B)The mother companies as well as its subsidiaries do not make any provisions for un-audited tax years, except for the lately acquired company of the group (and its subsidiaries) where provisions of the amount of euro 610.459 have been made.
As far as other provisions are concerned the mother company has formed provision for inventories amounting to euro 590.000, while the entire group has formed provisions for inventories of euro 3.510.570.
