Sidenor SA informs the investment community that, pursuant to Law 3556/2007, to the Decision 1/434/3.7.2007, the Circular 33 of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission, the ATHEX Rules and Regulations and following the notification received by its shareholder VIOHALCO S.A. on 16/7/2008, that on 15/7/2008 VIOHALCO S.A. held, directly and indirectly via its subsidiaries ALCOMET S.A. and DIATOUR S.A., 57,661,930 voting rights or 59.98% out of the total Company's voting rights (96,129,491), versus 54,408,528 voting rights (56.97%) that it held directly at the last notification as at 8/11/2006. ALCOMET S.A. currently owns 2,379,862 voting rights or 2.47% of the share capital and DIATOUR S.A. owns 873,540 voting rights or 0.91% of the share capital.
