(the Company), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3340/2005 and the Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 and the Circular nr. 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that 'MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A.', which is closely associated to the Director, Independent, Non-Executive member of the Board of Directors Mr. Alexander Edipidis, bought 11,941 ordinary shares of the Company of total value Euro 31,749.96 on 27th June, 2008.
