SIDENOR SA informs that, pursuant to article 16, par.3 of Law 3556/2007 and following the respective resolution of the Repetitive General Shareholders Meeting dated 27/6/2007, has proceeded to the issuance of a common bond loan amounting to euro 10 mil with EMPORIKI BANK OF GREECE and EMPORIKI BANK CYPRUS LTD as bond holders, with a five year maturity in order to refinance the short term debt of the Company and strengthen the Company's working capital.
