The Board of Directors of Geniki Bank S.A. at its meeting of July 23rd , 2008 decided the replacement of Mr. Marc Breillout as non-executive member of the BoD (who resigned today) by Mr. Eric Bellaiche.
The formation of Composition of the new BoD is as follows:

Mr. Patrick Couste: Managing Director, Executive Member

Mr. Jean - Didier Reigner: Non-Executive Member
Mr. Eric Bellaiche: Non-Executive Member
Mr. Jean-Louis Mattei: Non-Executive Member
Mr. Ilias Kalivas: Non-Executive Member
Mr. Christos Akkas: Independent, Non-Executive Member
