ANEZOULAKIS BROS S.A. (FIERATEX) announces that in accordance to the article 9, par. 5 of L.3556/2007, that following the completion of its share capital decrease, due to the cancellation of 107.800 own shares, the Company's share capital now amounts to euro 7.448.609,75 and total voting rights of 10.203.575 result from an equal number of ordinary, registered shares of nominal value euro 0,73 each.
