According to the provisions of L.3556/2007 (articles 3 (xvi), (bb) and 21), in conjunction with article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Capital Markets Commission, Proton Bank reports that Mr. Athanasios Papaspiliou, General Manager and Executive Member of the BoD of the company, οn July 24th, 2008 acquired 7,000 common registered shares of Proton Bank S.A. of a total net value of Euro 48,518.60.
