In accordance with article 4, par. 4 of Regulation 2273/2003 of the Committee of European Union, "Sciens International Investments and Holding S.A." announces that following the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders dated February 05, 2008 and the Board of Directors, resolution dated March 5, 2008, and in accordance with article 16 of L. 2190/1920, during the trading session of 10.06.2008 acquired 19.000 own shares through "EUROXX SECURITIES S.A." at the price of ευρώ 1,00 per share and the total value of the transaction amounted to ευρώ 18.950,00.
