Marfin Popular Bank Public Co Ltd announces that on July 24th 2008, the Cyprus Stock Exchange Council approved its application for the listing of 116.159.000 euro Capital Securities (116.159 Capital Securities of 1,000 euro nominal value each), issued at par on 14 April 2008.
The above Capital Securities will be listed only on Cyprus Stock Exchange and their trading on Corporate Bonds Market will begin today, 25 July 2008.
